Locator lookup added. When locator is entered heading and distance always calculated from these entries.

QRZ Lookup Fix, better filtering with dashes in callsigns.

When no match, it will try to retrieve first and last name using base callsign.

For example: if VK/PD5DJ is not found, it will use names from PD5DJ only.Also when callsign retrieves no qrz data, fields are wiped also.
